Returns/Exchanges

Should you have any issues with your purchase, Returns and Exchanges are accepted on non-custom items returned unused and in their original condition.

Returns not accepted on the Claw Nail Rings due to hygiene reasons.

How to request an exchange or refund:

Please email info@nightskycraft.com within 3 working days of receipt, and return items within 7 working days of receipt.

Buyer is responsible for returns postage and proof of delivery must be obtained.

Once received your refund will be processed within 24/48 hours. Exchanges will also require item to be returned first, the replacement is then dispatched within 3 working days.

Please note funds will only be returned to the original funding source.
